What are the dates for UDC 2023?
18th – 20th August 2023.
When are the entries opening?
Entries will be opening from 10th July 2023 till 8th August 2023
Where can I find the entry form?
It will be available at our website www.ultimatedesertchallenge.in from 10th July 2023 onwards
What are the inclusions in the entry fee?
Entry fee includes a 3-night stay in a luxury hotel with Meals & transportation of motorbike on group sharing basis. Transportation details will be shared soon here on the website
What are the documents required on-ground?
Self-attested photocopies of Participants:
Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Blood group Report, High-Risk Table 3 Insurance
Vehicle – RC, Insurance, Rally Cover
Original – Passport Size Pictures of Participant, Indemnity Notarized on an Rs.100 stamp paper, Vehicle NOC (if applicable), Vehicle Rally Cover Waiver (if applicable)
The content for Indemnity, Vehicle NOC & Vehicle Rally Cover Waiver will be available to you here on our website by 8th July 2023 for you to download and fill. To be submitted on-ground before the event.
Is the vehicle Registration Number mandatory?
No it isn’t
What will be the total competitive distance?
It will be more than 200 km with service & refueling shall be available every 15-20 km approx.
